Upon arrival in the Garden city you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Evening at leisure. Self drive customers pick up your rental car from the airport and drive to your hotel.

Day 2: Christchurch-Glacier region via Greymouth (Tranz alpine train will be applicable only for SIC clients)

Today morning travel over Canterbury plains and ascend through lush beech forest and alpine village of Arthur’s pass in Tranz Apline train (seat in coach passengers only) to reach Greymouth. Travel south to reach Glacier region.

Day 3: Glacier region

Day free for optional activities (not included) like: Helicopter ride to Glaciers or Glacier valley walk or take a dip in Glacier hot pools

Day 4: Glacier region – Queenstown

This morning travel past the native forest, lakes and mountains of Glacier region and drive past Lake Wanaka before reaching the alpine resort Queenstown.

Day 5: Queenstown -Milford sound Cruise - Te Anau

This morning we head to MILFORD SOUND CRUISE (included). This famous cruise gives you an opportunity to see MITRE PEAK which is just out of the water and mile high. Go exploring with a nature guide in the tender vessels and kayaks. You may see fur seals lazing on the rocks and lots of sea birds and numerous waterfalls. Return to your hotel in Te-Anau. Self drive customers will travel in their rental car.

Day 6: Queenstown day free for optional activities

Today after breakfast travel to Queenstown, you have an option to enjoy the exciting SHOTOVER JET BOAT RIDE, LEDGE BUNGY JUMP, RIVER RAFTING, SKY DIVING OR SKY SWING (activities not included)

Day 7: To MT Cook

Today, check out from hotel and leave for Christchurch. Travel past Central Otago plains and Lake Pukaki before reaching Mt Cook. Enjoy optional activities (not included) Glacier explorer or Scenic flight to Mt Cook.

Day 8: MT Cook- Christchurch

Continue your journey via Lake Tekapo and Canterbury plains before reaching the garden city Christchurch. Overnight at hotel. (B)

Day 9: Departure day

Travel to Christchurch airport and board your flight for onward journey (flight not included)

Self-Drive: Rental car pick up & drop off time is calculated on the basis of 24 hrs, in case of delays one day extra rental will be charged.

(b) Skippers (Queenstown);
(c) 90 mile beach (Northland)

Rental car / Self drive:

Client will be required to present his/her driver’s license (Indian) with driver’s photograph, Age clearly mentioned and it must be in English to the rental car company in order to claim the vehicle.
Driver must carry a valid Credit card with enough funds(almost NZ$4,000) to pay a security bond at the time of collecting the vehicle without a valid Credit card a car can-not be hired and no refunds will be made for cancellation.

On self drive: clients will need to carry a valid credit card with enough funds for bond (Cash bond will not be acceptable by rental car company), also need to carry valid full driving licence (should be in clear English).Toll, Parking and Fuel is NOT including in the cost. Rental car Rate Includes: GST, Unlimited Kilometers, Loss Damage Waiver (Standard Basic Insurance) and NZ Road maps

Rental car Rate Excludes: GPS, Airport fees, Comprehensive insurance, Parking, Fuel, Fines, ferry terminal pick up fee, Ferry transfer, premium location surcharge, 24 hrs roadside assistance, Toll taxes, Snow chain and One way fees if any.
