Upon arrival in the Garden city you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Self-drive customers pick up your rental car from the airport and drive to your hotel.

Day – 2 Christchurch to Franz Josef

After Breakfast; For, Self-drive Guests, Drive towards Franz Josef, small town and beautiful town on the West Coast of the South Island and on your way enjoy the marvelous scenic beauty which New Zealand is known for.

For SIC Guests you will be picked up from hotel to head toward Tranz Alpine Railway to board your Train and make memories by travelling through one of the most scenic train journeys in the world. Upon reaching at Greymouth, board your Intercity coach and travel south along the Scenic West Coast, with views of both the Southern Alps and the Tasman Sea. Coach will drop you at your City-Centre Hotel.

Day – 3 Franz Josef

After Breakfast , Enjoy your Franz Josef Glacier Heliservices , with Snow Landing and one Glacier – WITHOUT TRANSFERS.

Sweep above Westland National Park as you explore the Franz Josef Glacier to 6000’ before landing in the snow to enjoy exceptional views of the majestic Southern Alps. This Activity is weather dependant & will require minimum number of pax to operat the flight.

Day – 4 Franz Josef to Queenstown

After Breakfast, This morning travel past the native forest, lakes and mountains of Glacier region and drive past lake Wanaka before reaching the alpine resort Queenstown. Start your Journey from Franz Josef to drive through most breath-taking views that will really leave you amazed.

For SIC Customers, Intercity Coach will Pick you up from City Centre Hotel and will drop you at your City Centre Hotel.

After breakfast, you have an option to enjoy the exciting SHOTOVER JET BOAT RIDE, LEDGE BUNGY JUMP, RIVER RAFTING, SKY DIVING OR SKY SWING (activities not included)

IMP Note:

  • Optional or suggested tour / activities are not included in the package (will be on additional cost).
  • Self-Drive: Rental car pick up & drop off time is calculated on 24 hours basis.
  • One day extra rental will be charged if drop off time is after pick up time at the beginning of the rental.
  • Rental vehicles are not allowed on the following roads:
    1. Ball Hutt (Mt Cook);
    2. Skippers (Queenstown);
    3. 90 mile beach (Northland)

  • Changes to itinerary and number of persons will require a revised quote.

Rental car / Self-drive:

  • Driver must carry a valid Credit card with enough funds (almost NZ$3,500) to pay a security bond at the time of collecting the vehicle. Without a valid credit card, car can-not be hired and no refunds will be made for car hire.
  • Client will be required to present his/her driver’s license (in English) with driver’s photograph, age must be clearly mentioned and licence must be valid at the time of hiring the car to car rental company. . Without a valid driver’s license, car can-not be hired and no refunds will be made for car hire.

Terms and Conditions:

PAYMENT:

  • Full payment of this booking is required 15 days prior to travel dates. In case of F.I.T’s (less than 8 guests travelling together) and 35 days in case of Groups (8 or more guests travelling together).

CANCELLATION POLICY F.I.T.

  • Any bookings cancelled before 15 working days of arrival in New Zealand: no cancellation fee.
  • Any bookings cancelled within 07 working days to 14 working days of arrival in New Zealand: 50% cancellation of total price.
  • Any bookings cancelled within 07 working days of arrival in New Zealand: 100% of total price.
  • Once confirmed there will be no refund for any train journey and Interisland ferry bookings.
  • Luxury accommodations like: Lodges, B&B Stays & Apartments have very strict 30 days cancellation policies. Upon confirming a booking with us, we will advise you of the same and if it required any deposit to be paid to confirm the booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY GROUP

  • In case of group any bookings cancelled outside 45 days: No cancellation fee.
  • Any bookings cancelled outside30- 44 days: Cost of first night stay.
  • Any bookings cancelled within 30 days: 100% of total price.
  • Luxury accommodations like: Lodges, B&B Stays & Apartments have very strict 30 days cancellation policies. Upon confirming a booking with us, we will advise you of the same and if it required any deposit to be paid to confirm the booking.

AMENDMET POLICY:

  • Once the booking is confirmed, one amendment by the client will be honoured free of charge, any other subsequent amendments prior to travel will incur a fee of NZD $50 per change.
  • No amendments by the passengers while travelling are allowed, all amendments if any must be authorised by the tour manager only.
  • Confirmed tours may be pre-poned or postponed by the company in mutual agreement with Vyom Journeys in-case of certain circumstances which are beyond control like earthquake or any other natural calamity, political disturbances, security problems etc. and guests/agents are bound to agree and co-operate with company’s decision and make necessary suitable adjustments. A refund cannot be guaranteed, we recommend guest to take a travel insurance to cover such incidents.

NO SHOW POLICY:

  • In case guest does not show up for any service as per time given in confirmation voucher and or in the itinerary, will incur a 100% cancellation fee and there will be no refund.

REFUNDS:

  • No refund will be provided in case of any unused services, if there were any unavoidable circumstances with clients, the supplier whose services were booked will make the final decision.
  • In case of any cancellation due to bad weather or an act of god, we will try our best to get the refunds but cannot be held responsible for it. We recommend travel insurance to cover such incidents.

PRICING:

All prices are NETT and non-commissionable and in New Zealand dollars, including GST (which is currently 15%). We reserve the right to change the price in case NZ government decides to change this tax or introduce any additional taxes.

Inclusions:

  • Meet & greet on arrival in case of SIC customers.
  • Accommodation as mentioned in the itinerary on double or twin sharing bais.
  • All applicable government taxes 15% GST.
  • Meals (ABF / Continental B/F) as mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Sightseeing & entrances fees as per itinerary.

Exclusions:

  • International and Domestic Airfares for and from NZ.
  • Cost of any insurance policy.
  • Cost of Optional & Add-On tours unless mentioned otherwise.
  • Porterage at hotels, airports, tips, insurance, laundry, wines, mineral water, telephone charges and all items of personal nature and also food & drinks not forming a part of the group menus.
  • Meals if not mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Additional transfer if any.
  • Toll, parking & Fuel at all destinations as well as hotels.
  • GPS & Excess Insurance if not mentioned in inclusions.
  • Any damage for hotel rooms / coach.
  • Any Bond (Hotel will require cash or credit card bond & Rental car company will require credit card bond) during stay, from client.
  • Any optional activities and transfer if require.
  • Anything not specifically mentioned in 'Tour Price Includes' box

IMP: Tour package is based on above mentioned hotels only. In case of any change in the hotel at any location additional charges will apply. Mentioned hotels are subject to availability. No rooms are blocked at this stage.
