Any cancellations charges if booked are NON – REFUNDABLE. Any refund payable will be returned after receipt of the refund from the respective service after deducting the processing charges.
3. Once the booking is confirmed, there will only be one amendment by the client - free of charge. Any other subsequent amendments prior to travel or during travel will incur a fee of NZD $50 per change.

5. Bookings cancelled within 20 working days (NZ) of arrival may incur a 100% of the quoted price as a cancellation fee.

The tour if confirmed may be pre-poned/postponed by the company with mutual agreement in certain circumstances which are beyond its control like earthquake or any other natural calamity, political disturbances, security problems etc. And guests/agents are bound to agree and co-operate with company’s decision and make necessary suitable adjustments.
7. All prices are NETT and non-commissionable and in New Zealand dollars, including GST.

Arrive Auckland. On arrival at Auckland we proceed for the half day city tour of Auckland. Later check in to Hotel. Later we continue to visit SKY TOWER, Auckland's highest tower. At 328 meters Sky Tower is the tallest tower in the Southern Hemisphere, offering breath-taking views for more than 80 kilometers in every direction. Overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast depart by coach for Rotorua, the cultural capital of New Zealand. Enroute take the guided tour of WAITOMO GLOW WORM CAVES, which is famous for their limestone formations and also the mysterious glow-worms which live on the ceiling of the caves emitting a tiny light which gives you the feeling of looking at the sky with lots of stars!. Enjoy breakfast at the Hotel. Today we proceed to AGRODOME to witness the Agrodome Agricultural Show, where you will be entertained by New Zealand's performing sheep and other attractions. Later proceed to visit WHAKAREWAREWA THERMAL RESERVE known for its hot springs, geysers and boiling mud pools. Watch the Maori craftsmen and learn about the traditional arts of carving and weaving. Enjoy a breathtaking ride on SKYLINE GONDOLA to the top of MOUNT NGOGOTAHA. Later depart to the airport to board your flight to Queenstown via Christchurch. Arrive Queenstown and transfer to your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure.
This morning we head to MILFORD SOUND CRUISE. This famous cruise gives you an opportunity to see MITRE PEAK which is just out of the water and mile high. Go exploring with a nature guide in the tender vessels and kayaks. You may see fur seals lazing on the rocks and lots of sea birds and numerous waterfalls. Evening return back to the hotel. Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Today proceed for the exciting KAWERAU JET BOAT RIDE and LEDGE BUNGY JUMP OR SKY SWING. Take an exciting Jet boat ride from the Main Town Pier in the centre of Queenstown. In an unforgettable Jet boat experience you'll be transported from the sophisticated downtown area into the channels of two of New Zealand's most scenic rivers. When you return to the Main Town Pier you'll descend beneath the lakes surface to view the Underwater Observatory where you can feed the fish that thrive close to the shore before hitting the Ledge Bungy or Sky Swing. Your journey will take you past breathtaking sights, from high mountain peaks to the blue lakes of Wakatipu, Dunstan, Wanaka and Hawea. The Haast Pass, the southern most pass that connects the communities of the East and West, is humbling. Marvel at the vast rainforests to the clearest waterfalls that eclipse this untouched landscape. The viewing platforms overlooking Franz Josef and Fox Glaciers show the sheer size and beauty of these natural wonders and provide fantastic photo opportunities. Enjoy your breakfast and then we drive to GREYMOUTH coach transfer (at 09:15 - 01:15pm). Continue your journey to Greymouth from where you will board the world famous TRANZ ALPINE TRAIN (at 01:45 - 06:05pm), which is one of the top six scenic train journeys in the world. The train crosses the huge and fertile farmlands of the Canterbury plains. The highest point is 737 meters at the alpine village at Arthurs pass. The scenery through this route is mind blowing. (You may carry light snacks for the train journey. The train also has a small cafeteria where you can buy tea/coffee, sandwiches etc). In the evening arrive at Christchurch. Check in at your hotel. Today travel to Mount Cook on seat in a coach basis. Travel through the rich pastoral farmland of the Canterbury Plains before heading inland to the small farming township of Geraldine and its rolling green valleys. Further inland, the road starts to climb across the historic Burkes Pass. The views are breathtaking. Descend to the stunning, glacial fed Lake Tekapo. Visit the famous Church of the Good Shepherd standing in picturesque solitude on the foreshores of the lake. From Tekapo, is the western side of Lake Pukaki at the foot of New Zealand's tallest mountain, Mount Cook. Enjoy the alpine surroundings of this truly unique region and an ultimate optional flight on a Ski-Plane which offers the most spectacular alpine scenic flight in the world.
This morning absorb the alpine isolation of Mount Cook Village before journeying further south via the picturesque Waitaki Valley to reach historical Oamaru. Travel the old Mt. Cargill route, following the harbour entrance to Dunedin, New Zealand's oldest city. This university city of Scottish heritage possesses a unique combination of cultural riches, fine architecture, world-famous wildlife reserves and picturesque waterfront. A free afternoon for you to explore this charming town founded by Scottish settlers on your own.
Begin your day with the Wildlife Cruise that provides voyages of discovery among a unique diversity and abundance of wildlife, dramatic views and significant geological features. Aboard the cruise you will view the mighty Northern Royal Albatross along with eight other species of nesting birds above the breeding colony of the New Zealand Fur Seal. There is a chance of seeing huge flocks of Sooty Shearwaters and other ocean birds, dolphins, seal-lions and other marine mammals and bird life as you walk along the shore. Then proceed on a guided tour of Penguin Place for a close-up view of the rare yellow-eyed penguin and little blue penguin in their natural habitat. This morning, visit Milford Sound, a fjord of spectacular beauty surrounded by snow-capped mountains, deep blue water, cascading waterfalls and dense rainforest. Drive along the edge of Lake Wakatipu and enjoy a scenic stop at the Lake Te Anau. This is New Zealand's second-largest lake, with glow worm caves, waterfalls and whirlpools. Get mesmerized by the grandeur Fiordland National Park as you pass through the Eglington Valley and see ancient alpine beech forest, stunning waterfalls and the famous Mirror Lakes.
The day is free; however you must take advantage of one or two of our exciting optional tours, like the Kawarau Jet Boat Ride, which is an exciting jet boat cruise down Lake Wakatipu. Or opt for the 'Lord of the Rings' Middle Earth Tour which is planned around the Lord of the Rings movie. Enjoy a unique four-wheel adventure drive to the picturesque locations of the movie in the Wakatipu region and try your hand at gold panning in Bruinen. If the skies are your preference, there is the Skyline Skyrides tour to tickle your senses. Included is a ride in a gondola to the Skyline Rooftop, giving you a panoramic view of the city. Relax in the rooftop food court cafe. Or, if looking for some adventure, try some of the exciting attractions on your own, like 'The Luge Ride' that winds down a scenic track or take a Bungee jump.
Fly to Rotorua, where, on arrival, you proceed to the Agrodome to join in a unique Kiwi experience - the world-famous sheep show. Participate in an interesting farm tour. Visit Te Puia, Rotorua's best known reserve of thermal springs; formerly known as Whakarewarewa Hot Springs where boiling mud pools and roaring geysers greet you. Then visit the Maori Arts & Crafts Institute. Where you will be exposed to native Maori culture and have an opportunity to meet some of them. Your next stop is at Rainbow Springs Nature Reserve. Drive to Auckland. Enroute visit the famous limestone Waitomo Glow Worm Caves. The guided tour will commence with the impressive Cathedral. Begin at the upper entrance of the cave and proceed along a low narrow passage to the Tomo, a deep limestone shaft. Marvel at Mother Nature's light display as you glide silently through the starry wonderland of the Glow-worm Grotto. Meander underground along the Waitomo River and gaze in silence at the myriad of glow-worm lights that make up the Glow-worm Grotto. Experience a serene ambience and be fascinated and intrigued by tiny glow-worms that light your way. The evening is free to explore the 'City of Sails', Auckland, on your own.
Set out on a guided panoramic city tour of Auckland in the morning. Take in city landmarks like the Harbour Bridge, War Memorial Museum and the Sky Tower, from where you get a spectacular view. Continue along the picturesque Tamaki drive to Kelly Tarlton's Antarctic Encounter and Underwater World. Take a ride in the Antarctic snow cart in a world of ice and snow; visit colonies of King and Gentoo penguins and literally feel the movement under your feet on the moving walkway in Underwater World, where you come face to face with sharks and a bronze whaler. Drive to Paekakariki with views of Kapiti Island and on a clear day, the South Island. Cross the Himitangi Plains, through the towns of Levin and Foxton to Bulls. Across rolling farmland to the central North Island National Park, dominated by the volcanic cone of Mt Ruapehu. Follow the Desert Road to Lake Taupo, New Zealand’s largest lake and famous for trout fishing. Stop at Huka Falls skirting massive pine forests to reach Rotorua, centre of Maori culture.

Cross the Mamaku Ranges to the Waikato region, noted for dairy farming and world famous horse studs. At Waitomo, a guide will escort your group underground to the limestone caverns and glow worm grotto. On through Hamilton to Ngaruawahia, centre for the region’s Maori people, then alongside the Waikato River before crossing the Bombay Hills to reach New Zealand’s largest city – Auckland. A city tour will visit the summit of Sky Tower, at 328m the tallest building in the Southern Hemisphere for superb city and harbour views, the downtown area and Waterfront Drive.
Cross Auckland’s Harbour Bridge and drive north along the Hibiscus Coast to Matakohe and the Kauri museum telling the story of the Kauri tree and the regions early settlement, the displays are superb and their story fascinating. Continue north through Kawakawa to Bay of Islands and visit New Zealand’s birthplace, Waitangi. A guided visit to the famous Treaty House, the Maori Meeting House and giant war canoe all set in spectacular grounds overlooking the bay.
A day free for you to relax and enjoy the many optional activities available. Your Coach Captain will happily assist with details. A full day Tour to Cape Reinga, New Zealand’s northern most point and Ninety Mile Beach or explore historic Russell, New Zealand’s first settlement and visit its original Church, Mission House and Museum.
A launch cruise will take you across the Bay and world acclaimed fishing grounds to Cape Brett and the famous “Hole in the Rock”. Returning to Paihia, board your vehicle for the journey south through Whangarei and Warkworth passing the satellite tracking station. Shortly Auckland city and Harbour come into view. Your tour will conclude at approximately 5.30pm.
